I want the Doctor to take a kid as his companion.
A 14-15 year old kid who’s parents are fighting, has few friends, bad grades, and feels like complete shit before the Doctor comes.

this is probably one of the most considerably mild parts of Scherzo though, which is actually sort of terrifying in itself
body horror, panic attacks, sensory deprivation, infanticide/patricide/matricide, and isolation aside, at one point the doctor makes charley slit his throat with her broach sO
at this point im no longer concerned about the characters, so much as i am very worried about the person who wrote this
